Refund Policy

Certainly, it is possible to initiate a refund and close the account. To proceed, kindly submit a request to our support team. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment and will be completed within 7 days.

If any error was made in your order, kindly submit a support request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes since orders are dispatched on the same working day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cigars since they are classified as consumable product.

​

The cigars have white or green spots.

The spots on the cigars are usually related to the maturation process, it doesn't affect in any case the quality of the cigars. To ensure the best flavor and smoking experience, it's recommended to store newly received cigars in a humidor for at least 20 days before smoking.

Adam's luxury cigar Company does not sell any tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21 and does not ship cigarettes of any kind.
